Chris Tree Service LLC provides professional tree care services for homeowners and property owners in the Greater Milwaukee area.

Our services may include tree removal, tree trimming, stump grinding and other related tree care services agreed upon with the customer.

Estimates and Quotes

Customers may request an estimate through our website, by phone, by email or through other available communication methods.

Estimates are based on the information available at the time of the assessment. The final cost of a project may change if conditions are discovered that were not reasonably visible or known when the estimate was prepared.

An estimate does not constitute a completed service agreement until the scope of work and applicable terms have been agreed upon by both parties.

Scheduling

Service dates and arrival times are scheduled based on availability, weather, job conditions and other operational factors.

Chris Tree Service LLC may need to reschedule a project due to severe weather, unsafe working conditions, equipment issues or other circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers should also inform us about known property conditions, underground utilities, access limitations, structures, hazards or other information that may affect the work.

Access to the Property

Customers must provide reasonable access to the property and the areas where services are scheduled to be performed.

If access is unavailable or significantly different from what was represented when the project was scheduled, additional work, delays or charges may apply when agreed upon by the customer.

Payment

Payment terms, accepted payment methods and the amount due will be communicated to the customer before or during the service process.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is expected according to the terms provided for the specific project.

Changes or Cancellation

Customers should contact Chris Tree Service LLC as soon as possible if they need to change or cancel a scheduled service.

Cancellation or rescheduling policies may vary depending on the project, preparation already completed and other circumstances. Any applicable terms will be communicated to the customer.

Property Conditions

Tree work may involve conditions that cannot always be identified before work begins, including hidden roots, underground obstacles, structural conditions, access limitations or other site conditions.

We will make reasonable efforts to identify and address relevant conditions as part of the project.

Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances

Tree care work may be affected by weather, storms, emergencies, equipment availability, site conditions and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

When necessary, work may be delayed, rescheduled or modified to maintain safe working conditions.
